The Cooper Antennas team has designed, developed and manufactured VHF, UHF and L-band vehicular antennas across 2 to 3,000 MHz. Within the tactical VHF band it has significant experience with SINCGARS and BOWMAN, and a new range of multi-element antennas supports the wide-band JTRS.
Satcom and communications antennas mount in various ways: magnetic bases for rapid deployment, standard CECOM mounts for permanent installations and other fixtures. Through imaginative design, some antennas suit both fixed and quick-install operation.
The Quadrifilar Helix, hybrid-connected range gives satellite capture through a hemispherical radiation pattern. That makes it well suited to Satcom on-the-move, where rough terrain rapidly changes the angle from antenna to satellite.
